Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Method
We support sea freight, air freight, express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) worldwide. Buyer can assign own forwarder or use our cooperative logistics agent.

2. Freight Cost
All quotations are EXW factory price by default, freight & customs duty borne by buyer. We can provide freight quotation upon your destination port/address.

3. Delivery Time Reference

• Express door-to-door: 3–7 working days

• Air freight airport: 7–12 working days

• Sea freight port: 20–40 working days (depends on destination country)
Shipping delay caused by customs inspection, weather, port congestion is out of our control.

4. Cargo Risk Transfer
Goods risk & ownership transfer to buyer once cargo leaves our factory loading dock under EXW term.

5. Shipping Damage
If cartons broken & products damaged during transit, buyer must take full photos with outer carton before signing delivery receipt to claim logistics compensation.
