1. Agreement Acceptance
All inquiries, quotations, sample orders & bulk purchases from ZHIYE are governed by these terms. By contacting us, requesting samples or placing orders, buyers fully agree to all clauses below.

2. Products & Specifications
We supply food-grade PP/PET disposable cups, plastic lids & customized printed packaging. All size, weight & color data are manual measured with minor tolerance ±5%. Color difference may exist between screen display and physical goods.

3. Quotation & Validity
All proforma invoices are valid for 7 working days. Raw material price fluctuation may cause quotation adjustment without prior notice after expiry.

4. MOQ & Custom Printing

• Stock plain cups/lids: No strict MOQ, small trial order acceptable

• Custom logo printing: MOQ 10,000 pcs per design

• Printing film charge will be charged for first order, refund on repeat bulk orders.

5. Payment Terms

• Sample order: 100% prepayment

• Mass production: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment
Payment methods: T/T wire transfer, Western Union, PayPal (sample only).

6. Production Lead Time

• Stock goods: 3–7 working days after deposit

• Custom printed goods: 12–18 working days after deposit & printing confirmation

7. Order Cancellation

• Before production starts: Full deposit refund minus admin fee

• Production already finished: No cancellation, buyer must take full shipment.

8. Intellectual Property
All product pictures, videos, design files on this website belong to ZHIYE. Unauthorized copying, re-selling or reprinting is forbidden. Customer custom artwork remains the buyer’s property.

9. Quality Claim
Buyer must inspect goods within 48 hours after receiving cargo. Defective goods need clear photos/videos as evidence for compensation. Claims submitted beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

10. Limitation of Liability
ZHIYE only compensates defective product value, no compensation for indirect loss (shop revenue loss, freight delay loss etc). Our goods meet food safety standards of FDA, EU REACH.

11. Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved via negotiation first; if failed, governed by Chinese commercial law at seller’s local court.
